Lovely Kerry from verykerryberry is sharing some nani IRO sewing with us today. She made two blouses and they are very different but equally lovely!
Kerry is quite a gem in the sewing world as she is both an accomplished dressmaker and a quilter. She is one half of the creative duo, Sew Ichigo, super cute paper piecing patterns designed by Kerry and Penny from sewtakeahike. She also co-authored the book, 500 Quilt Blocks. The garments she sews are romantic and feminine and go perfectly with her dreamy hair. I can’t help but have hair envy, Kerry! 😉 On her blog and instagram she shares not only her beautiful sewing but also her processes, pattern modifications, and sewing tips as she creates which is so helpful and generous!
The first blouse she made for nani IRO months has such pretty details. I’m especially enamoured with the tucks and wrist gathers. See Kerry’s blouses and more sewing goodness on her blog here!
nani IRO month continues tomorrow! If you would like to join in on instagram don’t forget to use the hashtags #ilovenaniiro and #naniiromonth to share your love for nani IRO with everyone. See you soon!
